Placement cell activities in the Govt. Polytechnic College vandiperiyar is designed to prepare students for job opportunities and help them transition smoothly from academics to the professional world..

The objectives of the cell are:

1) Placement Drives / Job Fairs :

Conducting campus recruitment drives.

Hosting pooled campus drives with other institutions.

Organizing job fairs with multiple companies participating

2) Skill Development Programs

Aptitude Training - Quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

Soft Skills Training - Communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Resume Building Workshops - Guidance on resume writing and LinkedIn profiles.

Interview Preparation - Mock interviews and HR sessions.
